We currently have 45 members in 5 counties. And are looking for more members ready to have some FUN and share their passion for gardening and plants. We want to hear from you if you live in any of these cities in Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino or San Diego Counties. We look forward to your membership, joining is simple and free you just have to register. Once you have registed you will be on our mailing list for our Newsletter this will keep us a little closer to local people and events.

Each county has its own branch that will have their own Global Moderator to manage their community on the SOCALFUNG Club Message Board allowing them to add events directly into the calendar for their branches members. If you are interested in becoming the Global Moderator of your county please contact me.

Fun from the Past

It looks like it was meant to be! The Garden Party – Plant Swap being hosted by Tracy - GW lovestosmellflowers this Saturday July 12^th in Costa Mesa is our clubs 1^st Group Function. How wonderful is that? We already have something for our Newsletter. Meeting members from different braches cool.

Saturday October 18, 2003 at 10:30 am at the home of Stella Blue – Mary in Yorba Linda, CA. - Our First Meeting of the Full Membership of the SOCALFUNG Club.

Saturday November 15 or 22, 2003 at 10:00 am - The SOCAL FUN Gardening Club is planning a visit to Las Pilitas Nursery located in San Diego County.

We are just getting started. We will keep you posted.
