Club Name Suggestions

I think we should change the name to something short and snappy .... or that has a cool acronym.

The June Gloom Busters:  Motto -- "dammit, its summer!"

The Dirty Fingernails:  Motto -- "let the starlets get manicures"

Top o'the Heap:  Motto -- "if it doesn't move, compost it!"

Hot Fun in the Summertime:  Motto -- "Can you dig it?"

We are going to need some volunteers at both the club level and for each of the branches. I don’t have any real details at the moment but I would like to get some idea as to the involvement members want to have with our newly formed SOCAL FUN Gardening Club. I would expect it could take several hours of your time each month in club or branch activities. Please share your wisdom.

So… Do we have any volunteers?

Some examples maybe: Branch Secretaries, Events coordinator, Newsletter Editor, Newsletter Branch Reporters.

Hopefully at our first meeting we can discuss what we want as a club. Remember it is only as fun as we make it.
